Very Disappointing Experience After Payment After making the payment, I am unable to edit or access the main CSS file of the theme. This is extremely disappointing and not acceptable for a paid theme. As a buyer, full access to theme files—especially CSS—is expected. Restricting such basic customization makes the theme unusable for professional work and creates a very poor experience.
I am satisfied with their prompt support and cool design!
Atlantic Theme: A Long-Standing Favorite I have been using the Atlantic theme for years, and it has proven to be incredibly convenient. The theme’s update package makes upgrading my website easy and consistent. Additionally, the technical support team at Pixel Union (Out of the Sandbox) is very quick to resolve any issues. Overall, it’s a fantastic theme with excellent support.

We've been using Shopify with the Atlantic theme for over a year now and love the way it looks. We are a luxury brand with 5,000+ Skus. The theme helps us give off the luxury product vibes. I specialize in running a small business, not website creation, and the Atlantic theme along with Shopify and Pixel Union support make me look like an expert in both!
The Theme is great and neat, especially for newbies as not a whole lot of experience is required. Easy to use interface. But the best part of the theme is the support from their team. Every time I have reached out, they have been super responsive and super helpful. Kudos to all of their support team! One thing for improvement is to allow for more flexibility e.g. changing stuff like font size etc.
We love the look and functionality of the Atlantic theme and have found ease in applying and managing it on Shopify. The support from Pixel Union has also been excellent. We feel very supported when using this theme.
