We were able to make contact with the merchant as their email was in our spam folder (it is recommended to reach us via our contact form to avoid this). There were no broken theme features as they were just disabled due to reduced motion preferences (essential for accessibility!). As to the customer accounts, they are using Shopify's new customer accounts so it isn't a theme-related issue.
The theme features break with every update. Customer service is nonresponsive, and since installing this theme, we've been bombarded with fake customer accounts being created by bots and tried every solution under the sun to combat that without any luck.

I'm disappointed in the customer service. I've been emailing their support team for a week and still have not received a single reply.

Very modern looking theme with some great features, settings and options. The team at Switch was also very nice and responsive.
