Theme is reasonably easy to build out. Support has been excellent. Grade A...
I like the way it's build and the performance, look and feel in various browsers and devices. The support desk is easy to approach and helpful. We are still busy in the last phase of going live. But so far so good it looks great.

Not sure about their support timezone, but I reached out last Friday (November 7) and still haven’t gotten a reply. I expected quicker support given the price, so this has been a bit disappointing.
