Initially I left a negative review. Few weeks later, support team reached out and have been responding quickly to my issues, sending videos and images with the steps to fix the problems I was having. This is why i have now changed my review to positive. An excellent support team, and theme that turns out is very user friendly.

The theme is sold as seen on the demo store, which you can trial unlimited times to ensure it meets your needs. Feature requests are noted for future updates but are not added on demand. We rigorously test all updates to maintain quality and Shopify standards. For custom features, hiring a Shopify developer is recommended. We're happy to assist with any setup issues or bugs.

This theme sucks the builder sucks. There isnt the ability to toggle overlays off on individual slides it is a global effect. If you want individual better learn css. Cant change timing of slide shows and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Developer just sends generic responses that it is in the roadmap.

However, your recent requests fall outside the theme's scope, and fulfilling them would compromise its integrity. Theme with some bugs and lack of support from the team! I asked for simple requests to fix some things and some changes that i wanted to do and the customer support team just dont help. I regret to buy this theme. Lack of support and they dont make simple requests.

We really like the layout, it's nice and clean and clear and fits the style of our company exactly! Maybe a logo bar will be added with an update, that would be cool
