Support only came after I left a bad review—9 days of silence while I struggled with outdated guides that don’t match Shopify’s current UI. Their reply claims “misunderstanding,” but I have proof the docs are obsolete. Instead of deflecting, they should fix their resources and help proactively.
I've been a Mavon customer for 2 months and what really sets them apart is their incredibly reactive support team. Whenever I've had technical issues or questions, they don't just send generic responses - they actually dive in and solve the problem.
