Apart from providing great themes, the support is 2nd to none. Had an issue at checkout and the support time helped us to pin the issue that was outside of the theme with a 3rd party app. They could have said no it's not the theme and left it there, but helped us to isolate the exact problem

I love the theme had it for 6 years but my issue is the banner (hero) slideshow never lets the entire image show. That is my only complaint.
