Beautifully made theme. I have already bought some themes in the Shopify Theme Store before, but this is the one I love the most. As someone who has scanned through almost all themes here, I can safely say this is one of the best, both visually and feature-wise. The blocks are great for storytelling, and editing the theme is a breeze. No bugs, no problems and I can definitely recommend it.

It's WORLDCLASS customer support. You can always get help - and fairly quick. I've never experienced anything like it. And the theme template is already great value for money with the features included - which is why I chose it in the first place. But the customer service is why I recommend Palo Alto to everyone that are looking for at Shopify template.

It has issues. Slow and it interferes with ODOO. I cannot contact the support team
I find the theme to be slow - even after removing all apps - the base theme is not performant. Google lighthouse reports a rating of poor performance for this site. I tried to discuss this with their support team, and they took forever to respond, only then to turn around and say it way my apps - but they could not prove it with real data.

Regarding the second image on hover feature in the product grid, this behavior isn’t officially supported since hover doesn't work on touchscreen devices.
