The Responsive theme has been a great fit for me over the years. Recently, I figured out I needed to update my theme, so I tried some of the new ones in the Shopify store. Nothing as good. I wrote to the Responsive Support- I had forgotten how great they are and that I had lifetime theme updates! SO HAPPY! Having fun resetting up my store with it.

While the Theme is very flexible there are some things that would make it even better. To list 2, the ability to get rid of space between sections. I you want it great but if you wish to reduce scrolling it would be nice. The product page seems to be two columns. It would be nice to access the area under the image separately. As with lengthy descriptions or bundle add-ons.

Responsive theme is great! Documentation is great, support is quick, and the best part... the videos! I have professional background as a Technical Writer so I'm always looking at docs/videos. Their videos are helpful, well organized, and always include useful info. Well done! When I've had other questions, Support has been so helpful - and quick. Thank you!

Very good theme. Easy. Professional. As with all "out of the box" themes (be they from Out of the Sandbox or elsewhere), a basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, etc. will help you understand working with any theme. Out of the Sandbox appears to have really good and quick responsiveness when needed. I am glad we chose them.

I was struggling to develop an implementation strategy for my new theme and received a prompt and effective solution. The guidance provided was clear, concise, and easy to follow. I'm grateful for the prompt and professional support, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

Out of the Sandbox sold us their Responsive theme on Sep 3, 2020, which we’ve used for over 4 years. Then, without warning, they falsely claimed we didn’t pay and got Shopify to shut down our site. After digging through receipts, we confirmed our payment. This reckless mistake has cost us thousands. Completely unacceptable and unforgivable.

I have been using the Responsive theme since 2017. Thought it wise to update to the newest (Shopify 2.0) version. First the theme is excellent even the older version I was using, this newer version brings lots of nice updates for further customization. Just as important was the daunting task of manually updating the theme, thankfully support gave very clear and easy instructions to follow.

We've had several questions about making slight adjustments to our website lately, and Byanca has been incredibly patient and helpful. We are also working with a number of other customer service support members who are equally helpful. Quick response time to our tickets, and clear explanations/images of what actions we can take to adjust our requests.
