Super buggy and restrictive theme, not great responsiveness, and not well-optimised. Issues with CLA also. Swapped to Craft (free Shopify theme) which instantly improved loading speed, CLA and responsiveness. OOTS support is awful too - they still haven't fixed the gallery bug.

We had a mobile view issue and it was resolved in a couple of days after contacting them. We really appreciated the work they did by not giving up and carefully going back to look into the issue again. Also, the theme's user experience is great and we have not had any major issues with the theme.
