The issues you’re experiencing don’t appear to be caused by the Vincent theme. We thoroughly tested everything in a clean version and found no issues. While the problems aren’t theme-related, it’s disheartening to receive such feedback, as our team has consistently provided respectful, helpful support throughout.
At least once a week I have to send messages complaining about one or another bug, shortcoming, flaw, or technical problem with this theme! This product is really bad, I don't recommend it. You repeatedly blame the theme's poor performance on an external app or a script, when we only have the Google script and a reviews app that has nothing to do with the problems we're experiencing.
This theme was exactly what we were looking for! The product detail pages for our wines are outstanding, providing the perfect showcase for our selection. We opted for the darker mode, but both options are beautifully designed. A huge plus is the exceptional support—real human assistance that goes above and beyond.
