We carefully reviewed the store and ran controlled tests. No performance regression was caused by v5.2.0. The slowdown was linked to 36 installed apps, heavy 3rd-party scripts, and custom code triggering cart requests every second. Performance improved significantly after isolating these factors. We also performed a test update and observed no structural changes to the Featured Collection section.

very slow and 5.2.0 update is worst it has made it more slow and the "featured collection" section layout changed for the mobile and laptop its grid layout is not working and layout of "featured collection grid" section also changed. This theme has become the worst from the last 3 updates. Please do not waste your time and money. Update 5.2.0 is not the leap its the biggest downgrade

Volume is a powerful, layout‑rich Shopify theme. The navigation and customization options made setting up my store effortless. Marina from the support team was absolutely incredible. She was unbelievably patient and always clear in her explanations. Even when I had lots of questions, she took the time to walk me through solutions, pointed out where I overlooked and make sure I get everything.

I have to change my review! The site was fast at first, but after 3 weeks it became very slow. I didn’t add apps and had removed most. Support asked $3,600 to fix it. I had to switch themes and spend 3 more days customizing. At least they refunded me. Advice to sellers: if your time is valuable, avoid this theme.

Love the Volume theme, best of all the support team is so efficient and friendly! Had a minor issue with a blurry image and the issue was fixed almost immediately.
